About Lisa Marie Knust, MD

 

Dr. Knust earned her medical degree from Virginia Commonwealth University’s Medical College of Virginia in 2003. In 2006, she completed residency training with Riverside Family Medicine in affiliation with VCU. Dr. Knust is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.

As an experienced family medicine physician, Dr. Knust enjoys being able to care for people throughout the age spectrum and to consider the whole person when treating patients. She approaches her practice with the goal of working together with her patients to improve their health.

Originally from upstate New York, Dr. Knust enjoys our area’s warm weather and friendly people. She is a College of William & Mary alumna who enjoys traveling, running and reading.

Dr Knust is always attentive to whatever it is that I'm seeing her for. She listens as well as asks questions. She takes time to explain your conditions and treatments and you don't feel rushed when she treats you. She is very thorough.I've been going to her for years after switching over from another practice, and I've been with her ever since.
