About Lindsay Blackley Hefner, WHNP

Lindsay B. Hefner, MSN, WHNP-BC, is a board-certified women’s health nurse practitioner committed to caring for women across all stages of their life. Lindsay earned a Bachelor of Science in nursing from James Madison University and a Master of Science in nursing with an emphasis on women’s health from Virginia Commonwealth University. She is certified by the National Certification Corporation.

Lindsay has a passion for women’s health and a steadfast commitment to preventative care, education and patient advocacy. Her area of special interest is in helping women navigate the changes related to planning for children, pregnancy and postpartum as well as supporting women through changes they may experience during perimenopause and menopause.  Lindsay provides a listening ear, a caring heart and a safe space for women to share their challenges and joys. She works to meet each patient’s overall needs, mental and physical, to develop an individualized plan of care.

Originally from Richmond, Lindsay now lives in Williamsburg with her husband and their three children. As someone who finds joy in her faith, Lindsay is very involved in her local church, but she also appreciates other aspects of her local community like its rich history and closeness to both beaches and mountains. In her free time, Lindsay enjoys traveling, cooking, singing and spending time with her family.
