Lauren was very attentive and showed genuine concern and understanding for my pain and fears. She explained and answered several questions that I had asked before and was still confused about. She examined me thoroughly and thought carefully to provide a treatment plan that may help me. I was very pleased with her patience and attitude towards my concerns.
