Dr Ratcliffe is an amazing, extremely knowledgeable, and invested physician. She spends so much time with me to assure I know risks and benefits of recommended treatments and answers my questions in detail, providing research findings and published literature. I never mind waiting for her because the care she provides for me is exceptional.

Dr. Ratcliffe is awesome. She always shows how much she cares about her patience takes her time and listen to her patience and gives great medical advice. Hope she doesn't retire no time soon she is a very thorough physician, which there was more after like her.

Dr. Ratcliffe excels with customer care. She gives you time to express your concerns and doesn't rush you. Her compassion shows on her countenance, because I am going through a lot and needed to talk about it. She is a wonderful doctor.
