Dr. Ratcliffe is wonderful. She takes the time to listen to all concerns and shows genuine care. Very engaging and compassionate. I feel she is a highly skilled physician in all areas.

There was a lot to cover in this year's physical with all the different issues that I am going through, especially the cardiology issues. Dr. Ratcliffe is so patient and explains completely in layman's terms how my heart is functioning and what the various cardiac procedures will do to improve my quality of life. She is so knowledgeable, especially with the latest medical breakthroughs, and extremely reassuring that the specific care I am receiving from VCU Electrophysiology Cardiology is appropriate and in my best interests. She also acknowledges what is not her expertise and that those questions are for the VCU EP cardiologist. I'm very fortunate to have her as my primary care physician.

I love having Dr. Kimberly Ratcliffe as my Primary doctor.I'm 79 yrs old , have lived in four different states, and never had such a knowledgeable and caring dr as Dr. Kimberly Ratcliffe. I feel very blessed to have her care for me at this stage of my life.

Recently saw an MD at MCV. He stated I had a most remarkable, astute, intelligent, caring, go out of the way to find in a patient's history MD and I should be so thankful. He doesn't see that quality of care from Physician's very often.

Dr.Ratcliffe has always been a great listener and goes forward to help make the issues get better! Always plan A but others to follow if that doesn't do it ! She will also send me to a specialist if needed ! I can't think of anything I could change ! If my wait time is long it's because she is helping someone in crisis and has done it for me !!
