About Kim West Liebold, ANP-BC

 

After graduating from the Riverside School of Professional Nursing, Kim earned a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Christopher Newport University and a Master of Science in nursing from Virginia Commonwealth University. She is board certified as an adult nurse practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board.

Kim has over 30 years of cardiology experience at Riverside, with more than 20 years as a nurse practitioner. She has expertise in heart rhythm management and specializes in the care of patients who require pacemakers, defibrillators, ablations and left atrial appendage closure implants. Kim works hard to provide education for her patients so that they can be key participants in the plan of care and understand it to their desired level.

Born and raised in Smithfield, Kim is a country girl who loves this area and its seasons, beauty, history and wonderful people. She and her family enjoy the great outdoors, the Outer Banks and their dog. Kim enjoys running and mission work with her church and work family.
