About Julia Kidd Hough, PA-C

Julia earned a Bachelor of Science in athletic training from Duquesne University in 1997 and a Master of Science in rehabilitation sciences from Clarion University of Pennsylvania in 1999. She later earned a Bachelor of Science in physician assistant studies from Pennsylvania College of Technology in 2015. Julia is board-certified as a physician assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and as an athletic trainer by the Board of Certification for the Athletic Trainer.

Sixteen years of experience as a certified athletic trainer helped to prepare Julia for her role as a physician assistant specializing in the related field of orthopedics. She finds it rewarding to work with patients and help them return to activity. Julia’s goal is to treat each patient with the kind of care she would want for herself or a family member.

Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Julia is fond of our area’s beaches and the variety of things to do on any given weekend, including museums, parks and festivals. She enjoys baking, working in the garden, Harry Potter and anything Disney. Julia and her husband, Kevin, enjoy traveling, especially with their dog Kato.
