About Hayleigh Diamond Slezak, PA-C

 

After earning a Bachelor of Science in biology from Christopher Newport University in 2008, Hayleigh earned a Master of Public Health from Eastern Virginia Medical School in 2011. She went on to earn a Master of Physician Assistant degree in 2017, also from EVMS. Hayleigh is board certified as a physician assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

Hayleigh chose to specialize in primary care not only to treat patients with a variety of issues, but also to have a strong impact on preventative care. She believes that prevention is essential to good health and that a healthy lifestyle goes a long way. In her role as a physician assistant, Hayleigh also enjoys the opportunity to have ongoing relationships with her patients.

Hayleigh is a Newport News native. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Justin, and their young children.

I have been a patient of Miss Hayleigh's for about eight years. At 65 I can truly say no other provider has ever taken such good care of me. Her bedside manner is amazing. Always puts me at comfort thanks to her. My health has gotten so much better.
