Dr. Conklin was so patient and encouraging with me as I was nervous about my procedure. The procedure itself was successful and proved my knee SO MUCH relief! She gave me clear next steps for care. This was such a positive experience! I'm so thankful! The office staff were also friendly and efficient.

I feel like the decision for the course of action for my care was decided before I entered the room. [...] I will not be seeking further care from a speciality because it is a SEVERE waste of time [...].

She listened to my concern and showed me the xrays of my hip and explained the course of treatment. Regarding my thumb, she explained that a steroid shot was an option, and set me up with an appointment with the hand specilist.

Felt like she was trying to rush me out the door ASAP. Like she'd had better things To be doing. Didn't feel like she even actively listened to what I was telling her.
