About Caitlin Marie Harrah, AuD
Dr. Harrah earned a Bachelor of Science in speech pathology and audiology from Old Dominion University in 2016. She earned a Doctor of Audiology degree from the University of Louisville in 2020 upon completion of her clinical fellowship with the University of Virginia Health System. Dr. Harrah holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.
Initially drawn to the medical aspect of audiology, Dr. Harrah truly connected with this specialty when she realized its significant role in helping patients regain their quality of life. She is passionate about empowering patients with education and tools to manage their needs, fostering independence and enabling reconnection with loved ones through improved communication.
Recognizing that hearing and balance concerns are not the same from one person to the next, Dr. Harrah makes it her personal goal to provide quality patient care that puts each individual’s unique needs at the forefront. Her clinical areas of interest include auditory disorders, electrophysiology and the assessment of dizziness and imbalance.
Dr. Harrah grew up in Williamsburg and New Kent County, and she is thrilled to provide care in her hometown community. In her free time Dr. Harrah enjoys being outdoors, especially hiking, fishing or going to the beach.
