I like that she listened and determined that it was virus, which I agreed. She also recognized my primary concern was the nausea causing the vomiting and prescribed zofran. She also did an extra step of sending a letter about my illness that I needed.

This was my first telehealth visit and it was wonderful. I felt crummy enough to need a doctor, but did not want to drive an hour to an urgent care to sit for another hour to be seen if absolutely possible. Telehealth is such a great option for something that doesn't require bloodwork or tests.

She was great. She listened to me. The previous Dr. I saw didn't want to listen to my intuition, with an ailment that I have had since childhood. I got a second opinion from Ms. Washburn and she confirmed what I already knew and helped me. It's important that physicians consider what the patient has to say about their body. I don't ever do reviews, but she was so great that I felt like I needed to.
