About Abdallah Saleh Ahmad Abdelrazeq, MD

Abdallah S. Abdelrazeq, M.D., is a nephrologist caring for patients living with kidney problems including glomerulonephritis, hypertension, chronic kidney disease and those receiving dialysis.  

Dr. Abdelrazeq earned his medical degree from the University of Jordan in Amman, then completed his residency in internal medicine at the University of Missouri in Kansas City. He is board certified in internal medicine by the American Board for Internal Medicine.  After working in internal medicine, he decided to further specialize and completed a fellowship in nephrology at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville.  He enjoys nephrology as it is a field that doesn’t just treat symptoms; it deciphers the body’s core imbalances. 

Dr. Abdelrazeq believes each patient is the expert on their own life and health. He sees his role as a guide — helping patients understand their options and supporting them in making informed choices. He values open communication and is dedicated to listening carefully to every concern and need. Dr. Abdelrazeq’s goal is to empower patients with knowledge, so they can take an active role in their health with confidence. 

Outside of work, Dr. Abdelrazeq plays soccer, sings and spends time with his family. He also has spent time volunteering his services with Doctors Without Borders.
