I’m originally from Arlington, Virginia. I completed my undergraduate studies at Christopher Newport University and then went on to complete pharmacy school at Shenandoah University, Bernard J. Dunn School of Pharmacy. My professional interests include ambulatory care and the neonatal intensive care unit. I pursued residency at Riverside because I wanted to give back to the Hampton Roads community and grow into a confident clinical pharmacist that can help patients take control of their own health. Outside of residency, I like to spend time with family and friends, lift weights at the gym, and watch episodes of the show, Friends.

I am originally from O’Fallon, Illinois. I completed both my undergraduate and Doctor of Pharmacy education at the University of Kansas in Lawrence, Kansas (Rock Chalk!). My professional interests include ambulatory care, geriatrics, and cardiology. Riverside stood out to me during the residency application process because of the program’s family values. The residents are well supported and pharmacy is a valued part of the interprofessional team. Additionally, the wide variety of rotations offered allows me to gain experiences in my areas of interest. Outside of pharmacy I enjoy traveling, reading, going to the beach, and trying new restaurants with friends and family.

I am originally from Pottstown, Pennsylvania but moved to Waterford, Virginia after high school. From there I completed my bachelor's degree in biological sciences at Virginia Tech. I then completed my Doctor of Pharmacy education at Virginia Commonwealth University. I decided to pursue a PGY1 residency at Riverside because this program offered a variety of rotations that fit my clinical interests and because of the strong, family-like network of support from the pharmacy staff. My clinical interests include cardiology, critical care, and ambulatory care. Outside of pharmacy, my interests include being out in nature, golfing, fishing, and enjoying time with friends and family.

I was born in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam but moved to Arlington, Virginia when I was three years old. I lived in Arlington until I was 18 years old and moved to Richmond, Virginia for college. I completed both my undergraduate and pharmacy degree at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU). My professional interests include cardiology and ambulatory care. I pursued residency at Riverside because of the supportive environment, diverse rotations, and various teaching opportunities with the learning and teaching certificate. I am eager to learn as much as possible this year and become a knowledgeable, well-rounded clinical pharmacist. In my free time, I enjoy reading, trying new restaurants, and travelling with my husband, Michael.
