Our PGY1 residency program is split into core and elective rotations led by highly qualified preceptors. Residents begin the year by training in general inpatient pharmacy operations, gaining proficiency in hospital workflow and our EMR (Epic), and developing competency in clinical pharmacy services. After orientation…
Throughout the year resident’s present formal lectures, in-services, prepare a major research project, participate in the Pharmacy and Therapeutics (P&T) committee process, and present their research at professional conferences.
