To apply, please submit your applications through ERAS. We appreciate the inclusion of the standard ERAS application, MSPE, a minimum of 2 letters of recommendation, USMLE or COMLEX scores, and a compelling personal statement. We require at least one Departmental Standard Letter of Evaluation (SLOE) for recommendation, and a second SLOE from an "away rotation" is encouraged. The application deadline is January 31, and we begin sending interview invitations on a rolling basis from October through January, all application decisions, including waitlist invitations, will be finalized on a first come first served basis.

For added convenience, we have adopted Interview Broker for scheduling all interviews and communication. During the 2023 interview season, both in-person and virtual options will be provided, catering to individual preferences.

Please ensure you have a reliable email address that you check regularly, as all correspondence regarding application status is conducted via email.

For International Medical Graduates, along with the above materials, we have specific requirements:

  • Graduation from medical school within the past two years
  • Successful completion of the CSA as well as Steps 1 and 2 of the USMLE
  • Please note that our institution does not sponsor H-1B or J-1 visas.

We look forward to receiving your applications and welcoming you to our enriching and supportive learning environment at Riverside Regional Medical Center's Emergency Medicine Residency Program. Apply and embark on an exciting journey in emergency medicine with us!
