After receiving his Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Mercyhurst University in Erie, Pennsylvania, Kristian earned his Master of Science in Athletic Training from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. He is certified in the Graston M-1 Technique. He is a Board of Certification (BOC) approved Athletic Trainer.
As an athletic trainer, Kristian enjoys the opportunity to provide both medical care and education to athletes in a range of settings. With a practice focused on evidence-based, patient-centered care, he specializes in therapeutic massage and manual muscle therapy.
Kristian's clinical experience includes working with patients from high school to professional athletics, as well as his role on a task force that implemented mental health protocols for Christopher Newport University student-athletes. From the physician's office to the athletic field, Kristian's top priority is always to protect the health of his patients.
Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Kristian is the oldest of three siblings. He enjoys Hampton Roads' variety of local music and food venues along with the area's natural beauty. Kristian's active lifestyle frequently includes mountain biking, hiking and playing golf.
