What to expect
Your first call will be answered by our friendly staff, who will gather some initial information and set a convenient appointment time for a consultation with a sleep disorders specialist.

Your first visit will be a consultation with one of our sleep medicine specialists. If a sleep study is recommended, our staff will provide you with information about what to expect and address any questions or concerns you may have.

Our facility is one of the few on the Peninsula accredited by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM). This means we have met the highest national standards for sleep centers and have the AASM gold seal of approval. These standards include:

  • Our center is directed by a board certified sleep physician.
  • Our sleep rooms meet the highest national standards for privacy, comfort and security.
  • Our physician and staff undergo continuing education and training to ensure a working knowledge of current technologies and procedures.

Many insurance companies now require that sleep studies be conducted in an accredited facility.

Our staff
Our team includes physicians, who are board-certified in sleep medicine, registered polysomnographic technologists and trained sleep technicians. We are able to provide complete diagnosis and care of sleep conditions in one center.

Patients do not need a formal insurance referral unless dictated by their health insurance. Medicare patients can make their own appointments.

Ages treated
We treat children age 13 to adult.

Insurance
We accept most insurance including: Healthkeepers, Optima, Medicare and Medicaid. We do not except Mamsi. Please call us for confirmation on your insurance type.

What to bring to your first appointment
Please bring your insurance card and a photo ID. If you are able, please print, complete and bring this sleep questionnaire. We also have an observer questionnaire for a family member that has observed you as you sleep. Please print and have your bed partner or family member complete.
