Steve Herman, OTR, Clinical Coordinator
Steve completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Mississippi and earned his Masters of Science at Shenandoah University in 2001. He is a Certified Hand Therapist and has been with Riverside since 2001. He is married to his wonderful wife, Katie, and is the father of three children: Steven, Maddie, and Andrew. Outside of the clinic, Steve enjoys soccer golf, and fly fishing.
Erika Ferry, PT, DPT
As a Doctor of Physical Therapy graduate from Old Dominion University in 2008, Erika is certified in LSVT (also known as Big Technique) related to Parkinson's Disease. In her free time she enjoys taking walks with her family and playing cornhole.
Megan Morris, PT, DPT
Megan received her Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree from Old Dominion University. She specializes in treating athletes pulling from her experience as a member of the Women's Softball Team at Christopher Newport University. Megan has traveled with Physicians for Peace to the Dominican Republic for a community health education project through Catholica University.
Ellen Pollock, LPTA
Ellen is a graduate of the U.S. Army's Physical Therapy Assistant program. She completed civilian licensure in 2009. Ellen has been with Riverside since 2012 and is bilingual in English and Spanish. She is an avid angler for freshwater fishing.
Dennis Willis, PT Technician
Dennis served as an orthopedic technician specializing in splinting, casting and traction for 22 years at Riverside Regional Medical Center. He transitioned to PT technician in 2010 and was awarded "Champion of Caring" in 2012. In his free time, he works with autistic children.
Kevin Viken, PT Technician
Kevin earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Old Dominion University. He has been with Riverside and volunteered for two years. Kevin was recently accepted into the Lynchburg College Doctor of Physical Therapy program.
Gail Phillips, Office Administrator
Gail earned an Associates degree in Medical Secretarial Studies. She has been with Riverside for 14 years, five of which were spent in the Riverside Physical Therapy Hampton clinic. She is a Yorktown resident and proud wife and mother who enjoys reading and walking along the beach.
