Robyn A. Vargo, DO
Dr. Vargo, a fellowship-trained orthopedist, specializes in the prevention and treatment of foot and ankle injuries and disease. She attended the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency training at Brentwood Hospital in Cleveland. Her fellowship training at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville focused on Adult Reconstructive Surgery of the Foot and Ankle.
Dr. Vargo, a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon, specializes in total ankle replacement, ankle arthroscopy and ligament reconstruction, bunion surgery as well as treatment for rheumatoid deformities and complex fractures of the ankle and foot. In addition, she uses nonsurgical and injury prevention treatments. With a background in dance including dancing with a nationally known troupe, Dr. Vargo also holds a special interest in the prevention and treatment of dance and sports injuries.
Dr. Vargo's special focuses include: total ankle replacement, ankle arthroscopy and ligament reconstruction, complex fractures of the foot and ankle, complex deformity correction, cartilage preservation, fracture management, dance injuries, sports medicine, rheumatoid deformities, and bunion surgery.
