Our youth fitness classes blend play and activity to encourage a healthy lifestyle for kids of all ages. Children learn bodyweight movements that build confidence and strength in a fun and encouraging environment.

Developing Dynamic Fitness classes meet Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Developing Dynamic Fitness Ages 9 to 14

A four-week class designed to help build confidence and strength. Appropriate for children of all fitness levels between the ages of 9 and 14.

Through the power of play and body weight movements, kids will improve their fitness levels from head to toe. Developing Dynamic Fitness is offered at the Peninsula location.
