Classes are offered at our Peninsula location and are open to men, women, and children of all ages.


We offer two training times per week for each class level. Join at any time, and as often as you like!

Tuesday & Thursday:
Beginner Class:
7 to 8 p.m.

Intermediate Class:
8 to 9 p.m.

Meet the Teacher

"Teaching martial arts is my passion. I love sharing the knowledge I have gained through my experience and I feel martial arts should be practiced for real-world scenarios." — Joseph Dotson

Mr. Dotson is a third-degree black belt in Tien Hu Ba Gua Zhang Kung Fu. He has trained for 20 years in various styles of martial arts including Tae Kwon Do, Karate, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and other forms of Kung Fu. He has experience in light and full contact sparring, participated in local and regional tournaments, and has most recently completed training at the Virginia State Police Academy.
