Learn to box for improved strength, cardiovascular health, and hand-eye coordination

Taught by Michael Kuhnert, experienced boxing instructor and former amateur and pro fighter, our boxing classes focus on excellent technique and skill.

Students from beginner to advanced are welcome. Training time includes both conditioning and sparring practice.

Classes are offered at our Middle Peninsula location.


We offer three training times per week. Join at any time, and as often as you like!

Monday & Wednesday:
8:15 p.m. to 9:50 p.m.

7 p.m. to 9 p.m.


Member: $30/month
Non-Member: $40/month

Gloves and headgear are provided for students.
