Philip Polyson has been a member of the Wellness Center for four and a half years. In January of 2015 he decided to join our 8-week weight loss program, Dietcise. Since then, Philip has lost 104 pounds and has lowered his fat percentage from 36% to 18%! When asked about his success, Philip said "The things I learned in class, along with regular exercise have proved to be the secret to my success. I try to do some exercise ever day (aerobic, tennis, and weights, ect.)." Along with losing weight, Philip has lowered his cholesterol from 215 to 134 and his triglycerides from 312 to 73! Philip is no longer on blood pressure or cholesterol medicines. Philip says he feels better than he has in years!
