Explore the pool and build water safety skills with preschool swim lessons

Our swim lessons for preschoolers teach water safety techniques and basic water skills to help your child adapt to the pool in a fun and safe environment.

We offer four-week and eight-week sessions for most levels. Four-week classes meet twice a week; eight-week classes meet once a week.

Lessons are available at both fitness center locations.
