Reynell earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Liberty University in 2005. She earned a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus in acute care and gerontology from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2014. Reynell is board-certified as an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center, with specialty certification in oncology nursing.
With more than a decade of nursing experience focused in hematology and medical oncology, Reynell’s expertise is matched by her passion for this specialty. She believes that her patients need dedicated providers who are truly invested in them, and that is her mission.
Reynell recognizes that cancer can cause people to lose control of many aspects of their lives, so she mindfully strives to be kind and patient with individuals who are struggling with this illness. She feels strongly about making their experience as positive and pleasant as possible.
Born and raised in Lynchburg, Reynell now enjoys Hampton Roads for its weather, water and theme parks. She loves spending time with her husband, daughter and stepdaughter, as well as crafting and being with friends.
