Lori C. Gatzke, MD
Dr. Gatzke earned her medical degree from the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine and completed VCU’s Chesterfield Family Practice Residency Program. She is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
When every specialty appealed to Dr. Gatzke in medical school, she chose family medicine, a field with an all-encompassing diversity that she loves and believes is important today. With a focus on women’s health, smoking cessation and dermatologic procedures, Dr. Gatzke’s medical philosophy revolves around educating and empowering her patients to take control of their health.

Laura E. McAleer-Leavey, MD
Dr. McAleer-Leavey received her medical degree from the Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska and completed a family practice residency at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona. She is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
With 20 years of experience as a family medicine physician, Dr. McAleer-Leavey enjoys developing long-term relationships with patients of all ages. She approaches each relationship as a partnership in which her role is to listen, present options, and help her patient choose the best plan of care.

Annivy Acheampong, FNP-C
After earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from East Central University in Oklahoma, Annivy earned a Master of Science in Nursing from the Chamberlain College of Nursing in Illinois. She is board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board.
As a primary care provider, Annivy enjoys building effective relationships with not only patients, but also their families and the community at large. She believes in serving, educating, listening to and collaborating with patients to achieve individualized care that meets their needs. Annivy’s areas of special interest include diabetes, hypertension management, preventive care and healthy lifestyle practices.
