Vasudev G. Ananthram, M.D., FACC
Dr. Ananthram earned his medical degree from Bangalore Medical College, Bangalore, India, in 1989. He then completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Texas Tech University Health Science Center, where he also served as Chief Resident. He then went on to do his fellowship in heart failure at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and his Cardiology Fellowship at Wayne State University/Sinai Hospital. Dr. Ananthram is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease. In addition, he holds certifications by the Board of Nuclear Cardiology, the National Board of Echocardiography and the Board of Cardiovascular CT. He has successfully completed the NASPE Examination for cardiac pacing and defibrillation and performs permanent pacemaker placements. Dr. Ananthram's technical skills include: diagnostic catheterization; echocardiography, including trans-esophageal and stress echo; nuclear cardiology and cardiac CT.
A member of the Virginia Medical Society, the American Medical Association, and the American College of Cardiology, Dr. Ananthram practices with Riverside Cardiovascular Health in Williamsburg, Virginia. He is an active member of the medical staff at Riverside Regional Medical Center and Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center.
Joseph T. Adinaro IV, M.D.
Dr. Adinaro earned his medical degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School in 2000 and was awarded an Air Force scholarship. He completed his Internal Medicine internship and residency at Wright-Patterson Medical Center in June 2003. He went on to complete his Fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease at Wilford Hall Medical Center in San Antonio in June 2006. Following the completion of his training, he remained on staff at Wilford Hall and deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan as a Critical Care Air Transport Team physician. After returning from deployment, Dr. Adinaro transferred to Langley Air Force Base in June 2007. Dr. Adinaro separated from the Air Force in July 2009 and joined Riverside Medical Group. Board-certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease, Dr. Adinaro's technical skills include diagnostic cardiac catheterization, echocardiography, including transesophageal and stress echo as well as nuclear cardiology. He is a member of the American College of Cardiology, Medical Society of Virginia and the American College of Physicians.
