More Information: Dr. Todd Parker serves as Medical Director at Riverside Doctors’ Hospital Williamsburg. He will discuss the mental health and substance abuse crisis in the historic triangle region. He will provide insight into the challenges with the geriatric population with dementia and behavioral disorder. He will also present strategies for substance abuse disorder and an overview of our community resources to address mental health and substance abuse crisis.
