Join our support group where participants will build a toolbox to face barriers to quitting, identify and overcome smoking triggers, and learn exercises that can be used to curb cravings & help manage the need to smoke - all while gaining strength and peer support.

Small Group Support

Quitting smoking is not an easy task - we're here to help. Each week we will share positive experiences and wins as a group to work together to learn barriers and provide feedback for help overcoming smoking addiction. We will talk through our goals and provide positive affirmations to live by. We will review the risks of smoking along with the benefits of quitting and track quit day progress.

Stress Management

Work through stress management exercises such as meditations and games that you can practice in everyday life to help reduce stress and help participants continue to succeed. You will also select an accountability partner for extra support.

Get Started Today

Smoking cessation classes are for adults age 16 + up. There is $100 commitment for 10 sessions.

Classes are on-going on Thursday evenings from 6:00 - 7:00 pm in Classroom B at the Riverside Wellness & Fitness Center Peninsula location only.

*Sign-ups are in person at the front desk. Walk-ins are welcome and space is limited.
