Dr. Levy completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii, where he trained in the management of a wide range of complex orthopedic injuries. After retiring as a Colonel in the United States Army, he pursued advanced fellowship training in Foot and Ankle Surgery at the Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Center in Washington, D.C. – one of the nation’s premier programs for minimally invasive techniques and reconstructive procedures.
