Heather Ferry, PT, DPT, Rehab Supervisor
Heather joined the Riverside family in early 2024 with the tenacity and positive energy to bring the utmost care and compassion for every patient. Heather was born and raised in Virginia Beach, VA and attended Christopher Newport University where she received her undergraduate degree in Biology in 2012. Heather’s interest in PT grew after she had physical therapy numerous times for sports injuries herself. Heather moved to St. Augustine, FL where she studied by the beaches pursuing her D.P.T degree at University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. Heather became interested in women’s health while she was pregnant with her first child in 2021 and received all her training through Herman & Wallace. Since then, Heather provides specialty treatment for male and female pelvic floor dysfunction and has had great functional outcomes. Helping her patients reach their fullest potential in their day-to-day lives is the driving force within Physical Therapy. Heather is a happy new mama of two now and loves spending all her free time with her family. During her time off, she enjoys soaking up the sunshine at a local playground while chasing after her toddler or sitting by a firepit, making a mean s’more. On Sundays, you can catch her watching football on her couch, swinging her terrible towel. Go Steelers!
Lynn is a native of the Western Branch area of Chesapeake where she grew up and still resides today. She comes to Riverside with several years of experience in outpatient orthopedics as well as the home health care setting. She graduated from the University of Mary Washington in 2006 with a Bachelors in Biology and went on to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Old Dominion University in 2009. She earned her Certified Integrated Manual Therapist specialization from Great Lakes Seminars in 2013 and focuses her manual therapy treatments on finding the cause of the dysfunction rather than simply treating the symptoms. Lynn enjoys treating all orthopedic diagnoses but particularly enjoys SIJ dysfunction, foot pain, TMJ dysfunction, and headache. When she is not working, Lynn enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, practicing yoga, reading, and catching up with friends.

She has enjoyed over 14 years at Riverside in the outpatient physical therapy setting, treating a variety of orthopedic, neurologic and vestibular issues. Her goal is to restore the body to an optimal function, achieved by a personalized plan for exercise, manual therapy, or combination of methods. She specializes in vestibular disorders, hypermobility/EDS, and spinal dysfunctions.
Arielle and her husband Matt have two kids and live in Norfolk, Virginia. In her free time, she enjoys the arts, traveling, practicing yoga, rock climbing, and biking.
