Why Riverside?

Our care aides and companions are Riverside employees, making them part of the largest nongovernment provider of services to older adults in our state. They bring an extensive array of resources, along with immediate coordination with other levels of care if needed, that can’t be duplicated by most other providers of home care.

Whenever possible, Riverside makes every attempt to send the same aide or companion into the home. Over time, these individuals often develop close bonds with clients that make the experience feel more like a friend or family member stopping by to visit and then staying to help.

We offer an exceptional level of care:

  • All staff are prescreened.
  • Care aides hold either a PCA/Nurse Aide certificate or CNA license.
  • All staff are CPR-certified.
  • Staff receives in-depth training in issues related to aging and home care.
  • All staff are insure.d
  • Our services are available 24/7.
  • Staff is on call around the clock to assist with any questions you may have.
  • No contract or agreement is required.

Based on their training and experience, these Riverside team members are sensitive to the fact that they are entering your residence or a family member’s residence as a guest.

Private Duty Home Care is an out-of-pocket expense. We work with long-term care insurance to satisfy all documentation needed for claims.
