The advantages of health care in your home

Comfortable home care

Riverside Home Care offers more freedom and independence for the person receiving care and makes it easier for friends and family to visit or participate. Research shows that home health care also promotes healing since people recover faster in the comfort of home.

Another important advantage of home care is that you get the kind of personalized care and one-on-one attention that wouldn’t be possible in a hospital or nursing facility. Along with these benefits, home care is more affordable than inpatient care.

Who is it for?
Riverside Home Care is usually provided to individuals recovering from a hospital stay, illness or surgery. Many people, for example, use these services following joint replacement. Along with skilled, clinical care provided by nurses, therapists and other highly trained medical professionals, Riverside also offers short-term or long-term assistance with everyday activities like cooking, cleaning, bathing, dressing, mobility and more. If you need physical therapy, a cane, medication reminders, assistance after a fall ... whatever it is, we can help.
