Dietician's Tip: Fruit pops are a refreshing snack and a fun way for children and adults to eat more fruit.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups diced strawberries, cantaloupe and watermelon
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 2 cups 100% apple juice
- 6 paper cups (6-8 ounces each)
- 6 craft sticks
Directions
Mix the fruit together and divide evenly into the paper cups. Pour 1/3 cup of juice into each paper cup.
Place the cups on a level surface in the freezer. Freeze until partially frozen, approximately 1 hour. Insert a stick into center of each cup. Freeze until firm.
