Dietician's Tip: This fruited honey spread is a delicious topping for pancakes or French toast. It's also good served over roasted chicken or pork. If you prefer, use pears, apricots, plums or nectarines instead of peaches.

  • 1 can (15 ounces) unsweetened peach halves, drained
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

In a large bowl, add the peaches, honey and cinnamon. Using a fork, mash until the mixture is a consistency of chunky applesauce. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
