Dietician's Tip: Remoulade pairs well with seafood. You can add citrus (as in this recipe), chipotle peppers, dill, capers, Old Bay Seasoning or other spices to create different flavors.


  • 1 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • Pinch of salt


In a small mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients until evenly incorporated. Serve immediately. Refrigerate any leftovers.
