Health Equity: Let's Get to the Bottom of Cancer
Join us for our 2024 Health Equity Panel, Let's Get to the Bottom of Cancer on Saturday, April 13, 2024!
“Let’s Get to the Bottom of Cancer” is a community centered experience featuring facts, fun and a focus on colorectal health. Everyone is welcome to join us to learn about colon cancer prevention, including opportunities for screenings and expert knowledge. Attendees can take advantage of the Health Fair for Colorectal Cancer Awareness, including music, prizes, cooking demonstrations and food as well as a health equity panel of experts. Participants may also take advantage of opportunities for a free colon cancer screening.
This event is presented by Riverside Health System, Regional Cancer Disparities Collaborative (RCDC) and Sentara in partnership with the ACS, Bon Secours, Center for Public Health at NSU, Celebrate Healthcare, EVMS, Hampton University, Hitting Cancer Below the Belt and VCU Massey.

32nd Annual Hampton Roads Trauma Symposium
Thank you for your interest in the 32nd Annual Hampton Roads Trauma Symposium which will be held on Friday, April 19, 2024. The target audience for this symposium is emergency physicians, trauma surgeons, physicians, RNs, EMS and other healthcare professionals and providers interested in trauma care.
Please join us for a day focused on New Era, New Problems: The Latest and Greatest Preventative Measures in Trauma.
Registration fees are as follows:
Physicians: $150
Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant: $120
Nurses / EMS / Allied Health: $90
Full-Time Student: $50 (letter of faculty approval required)
Exhibitors: $500 per table
