This is the class you didn't know you needed!

The Fourth Trimester, also known as the postpartum period, is a time of intense change in your baby, your body and your lifestyle.  Learn more about the adjustments you and your little one will experience in the weeks after delivery.

In this class, your instructor will share examples of how to care for yourself and your baby, along with reassurance that the changes and ups and downs experienced in the 4th trimester are normal and to be expected.

Registration is required. Please register by clicking the yellow REGISTER NOW button to the right and provide the requested information, including your email address.

Attendance is limited to the expectant mother and 1 additional person, therefore ONLY the expectant mother needs to register for this class.

Registration will close once we have reached capacity.
As the class date approaches, you will receive an email from the instructor with additional information about the class.

Your instructor will meet you in the Tower Lobby to take you to the classroom.

This In-person Class Guide to the 4th Trimester Class will be offered on the 1st Friday evening of every month from 6:00 – 7:30 p.m.

We look forward to helping you learn more about  how to care for yourself and your baby along with the reassurance that the ups and downs of the 4th trimester are normal and expected.
