Virtual Understanding Your Baby & the NICU

We invite you to join us to learn about Understanding your Baby and the NICU!

This virtual class is intended to help new families feel informed, supported, and empowered through their NICU journey – from baby's arrival and stay in the NICU to life at home after discharge.

Attendance is limited to the expectant mother and 1 additional person. ONLY the expectant mother needs to register for this class. 

Registration is required. Please register by clicking the yellow REGISTER NOW button to the right and provide the requested information, including your email address.

This class is offered on three scheduled Wednesday mornings each month from 10:00 - 11:30 a.m.

Instructions to virtually join the class will be sent by the instructor a few days before the scheduled date you selected.

Join Riverside Urology Specialists Eastern Shore for a FREE Prostate Cancer Screening event designed to help men take a proactive step toward their health. Prostate cancer screenings can help detect cancer early - often before symptoms appear - when treatment is most effective.

The event will also offer breast risk assessment, additional cancer screening and prevention resources, mammogram scheduling and information about lung cancer screening eligibility.

Virtual Childbirth Preparation Classes

Riverside is proud to offer virtual Childbirth Preparation Classes. Mom-to-be and her partner or support person can explore the many choices available to make their birth experience personal and positive.

This course includes comprehensive information on pregnancy, labor, and birth, as well as relaxation and breathing techniques, all from the safety of your home.

As the date for the new session approaches, you will receive an email with instructions on how to join virtually. This class is a series of four sessions offered on consecutive Monday evenings for two hours from 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

The September series dates are 9/14, 9/21, 9/24 (Thursday) and 9/28.

This informative Lunch-n-Learn session will cover the best vegetables to grow in the fall, including cruciferous crops such as broccoli, as well as peas, lettuce, and other leafy greens. Whether you are a beginning gardener or a seasoned grower, you'll leave with tips and strategies to maximize your harvest.
