Tabata Bootcamp

For the intermediate to advanced participant. Tabata Bootcamp is a timed interval training class which incorporates the 20/10 rule from Tabata. Classes include heavy lifting, sprints, bodyweight training, tires and much more.  Your strength and cardiovascular endurance will be challenged. This is a “no play all work” class and is for those who want to bring their overall fitness to the next level.  Class is held indoors/outdoors.

An interval training class using the 20/10 rule; 20 seconds work/10 seconds rest.  (8 repetitions per cycle with 8-12 cycles in a class) High volume, fast paced and energy burning class.

A beginner level class designed to concentrate on strength and stability.  This class is great for anyone new to strength training.  Class includes use of power cut bars, weights, resistance tubing, discs and thera-balls.
