In this two-hour virtual breastfeeding class, our IBCLC Lactation Consultant will help familiarize expectant parents with the knowledge and skills they need to get breastfeeding off to a great start.
This class is held on one Saturday per month for those who are unable to meet on our Wednesday evening class during the week. A Zoom invite will be sent to your email address a couple days prior to the class date.

Riverside is proud to offer virtual Childbirth Preparation Classes. Mom-to-be and her partner or support person can explore the many choices available to make their birth experience personal and positive.
This course includes comprehensive information on pregnancy, labor, and birth, as well as relaxation and breathing techniques, all from the safety of your home.

As the date for the new session approaches, you will receive an email with instructions on how to join virtually. This class is a series of four sessions offered on consecutive Monday evenings for two hours from 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
The March series dates are 3/9, 3/16, 3/23 and 3/30.
