An exciting indoor cycling training program that utilizes motivation, visualization, and the most thoroughly tested cycling and instructional techniques available. Sign-up is required for this class. New cycling participants must take a cycling orientation before signing up for a regular class. Free for members of Riverside Wellness & Fitness Centers. Non-Members: $20.

In-Person Understanding Birth Class - Saturday's
This class allows moms-to-be and their partner or support person to explore the many choices available to make their birth experience personal and positive. The course includes comprehensive information on pregnancy, labor and birth, as well as relaxation and breathing techniques.
This class is being offered the 3rd Thursday of each month from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. and one Saturday morning a month from 9:30 am – 12:30 pm.
Registration is required. Attendance is limited to the expectant mother and 1 additional person, therefore ONLY the expectant mother needs to register. Registration will close once the class has reached capacity.

As the class date approaches, you will receive a reminder email with additional information about the class.

In-Person Expectant Parents Tours - Saturday
Riverside is proud to offer in-person Expectant Parent Tours to help parents prepare for the arrival of their little one.
During the tour, parents-to-be can preview the birthing suites and postpartum rooms in our Women and Infant Care Unit at Riverside Regional Medical Center. On the tour, you will have the opportunity to have your questions answered regarding having your baby at Riverside.
Attendance is limited to the expectant mother and 1 additional person, therefore ONLY the expectant mother needs to register for this tour. Registration will close for a tour once we have reached capacity.
