Mind in Motion: Boosting Brain Health & Wellness

Join us for this 6-week program Mind in Motion: Boosting Brain Health & Wellness. This class takes place on Thursdays from March 15, 2023 to April 20, 2023.

Brain & Body fitness sessions focus on the six pillars of brain health and include evidence-based brain health improvement techniques, social icebreakers, a professional exercise instructor, education on brain health, brain activities & reflections with tiny habits to practice. Weekly topics include lifestyle & environment, sleep & relaxation, social connections, mental fitness, physical activity and food & nutrition.

This class is FREE for Riverside Wellness & Fitness Center - Gloucester members and $60 for non-members. This includes trial membership to the center.
