About Shraddha Rajeshkumar Patel, MD
Dr. Patel earned her medical degree from St. George’s University in Grenada in 2016. She completed an internal medicine residency in 2019 at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Dr. Patel is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
As an internal medicine physician, Dr. Patel takes great pride in providing quality patient care and believes that communication and compassion are essential to the physician-patient relationship. With an interest in preventative medicine, she strives to keep patients up to date with their vaccinations, blood pressure monitoring and screenings for diabetes and cancer. Should her patients become ill, Dr. Patel cares for them the same way she cares for her family members.
Dr. Patel spent her early childhood in Philadelphia before moving to Florida. Today she enjoys Newport News for the opportunity to experience all four seasons and be near the ocean. In addition to spending time with her large, close-knit family, Dr. Patel loves traveling, movies, music and baking.
