About Sathish Mohan, MD

After earning his medical degree from Wayne State University, Dr. Mohan completed an integrated vascular surgery residency at the University of Massachusetts. He also holds a Master of Public Health from the University of Michigan. Dr. Mohan is a Registered Physician in Vascular Interpretation. Dr. Mohan is board certified by the American Board of Surgery.

Dr. Mohan enjoys the ability to tailor treatment for a multitude of problems through vascular surgery, while developing long-term relationships with his patients. He sees each relationship as a partnership and thinks of patients as his own family members, giving them his very best. He loves meeting new people and helping them achieve their cardiovascular health goals.

Dr. Mohan has special interest in carotid disease, open and endovascular repair of aortic aneurysms, peripheral arterial disease, dialysis access, diabetic foot infections and varicose veins. He is published in national peer-reviewed medical journals.

Originally from the Midwest, Dr. Mohan loves Hampton Roads for its water, long spring and fall, and opportunities to spend time outdoors. He enjoys running, hiking, dancing and watching movies.
