Dr. Ratcliffe always explains things very well and takes her time to examine you, discuss any problems, and provide answers to any questions I may have. She never rushes you and is always very friendly and thorough. I am more than happy to wait a few minutes if she happens to be running behind, because I'm sure she gives all of her patients exceptional care.

Dr. Ratcliffe is the best doctor I have ever had. Just gives us time to express out specific concerns about the visit but also gladly will address questions my wife and I might have about supplements and general health concerns. She answers our questions professionally and with genuine concern and empathy.

Dr Ratcliffe is an excellent doctor. She goes above and beyond in her attentiveness, her concern, and her explanation of the problem and the course of action going forward. When I ask her a question through the health portal she replies guickly and thoroughly. I will remain her patient until she retires or I pass away.
