Excellent experience. Dr. Ratcliffe is knowledgeable, experienced, caring and very concerned. She knew my medical history very well and her evaluation and exam concerning my current problem was right on. Her diagnosis, treatment plan and prognosis were well based and thought out. Dr. Ratcliffe appeared calm and happy to see me. I appreciated her speaking on the new changes Riverside has adopted. I was asked if I was comfortable with this new procedure {recording patients for improved communication}. She repeated the concerns I was having about a localized pain I was experiencing. My experience was positive throughout the exam.

Dr. Ratcliffe explains everything about your condition. She really takes it to the top. She let you know what to expect from an x-ray or anything that she wants to have done. She really explains things to you and I like that she listens to you and I really respect her for explaining things.
