Dr. Ratcliffe was very kind and very thorough. She spent a lot of time with me. She had researched and knew my medical problems very well. She is smart and advised me well. I could not ask for a better experience with a physician that I was seeing for the first time.

Dr Ratcliffe is an excellent physician. She listens so well and offers treatment options, which she explains very clearly. She Is very knowledgeable and when she is not sure of something, says she will research it and get back to me. And She is so patient and kind. She is truly a remarkable physician.
