Dr. Naitore presents a change in medication; she allows me to address my concerns. Then we discuss it and come up with a mutually agreeable treatment plan. I appreciate a doctor that listens to me due to my lengthy allergy list.

After the nurse had seen us it took almost 40 minutes before the Doctor came in. She then made a comment 'Sorry I'm always late' Then she asked if she could us AI which I didn't completely understand but she was using That to diagnose me. We then had to ask her how my test results were from my covid test,Strep throat test And she just looked at me and started laughing and said 'oh yeah there good' It didn't seem very professional To us. This was my first visit at this location and I don't think I'll go back there. Thank you very much.
