About Jamshid Alaeddini, MD

After earning his medical degree from the Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences in Iran, Dr. Alaeddini completed an internal medicine residency at the State University of New York at Brooklyn in 1998. He completed a cardiology fellowship at Ochsner Medical Foundation in New Orleans in 2004, followed by a clinical cardiac electrophysiology fellowship at the Medical College of Virginia in 2006.

Dr. Alaeddini is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine with subspecialty certification in nuclear cardiology, cardiovascular medicine, clinical electrophysiology and comprehensive adult echocardiography. He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology.

With a fundamental desire to help the sick and reduce their suffering, Dr. Alaeddini is fulfilling his lifelong aspiration to work in cardiology. He is a highly trained and experienced physician who is widely published in national medical journals. Dr. Alaeddini’s patients benefit from his extensive expertise and skill in performing a wide range of cardiac electrophysiology procedures.

Dr. Alaeddini has a daughter and a son. In addition to spending time with them, he enjoys soccer and movies.
