About Heather Condon, MD

Heather L. Condon, M.D., is a board-certified family medicine physician who provides personalized care for and management of many chronic health conditions. She loves the broad scope of practice in family medicine and particularly enjoys helping patients improve their quality of life by taking better control of their chronic conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, mental illness and arthritis. Dr. Condon enjoys following patients over the years to form long-lasting relationships. 

Dr. Condon earned her medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine in the Commonwealth of Dominica, West Indies. She completed a Family Medicine residency at St. Mary Mercy Hospital in Livonia, Michigan. Before medical school and residency, Dr. Condon earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, Indiana. She is board certified in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine.

When she’s not at work, Dr. Condon stays mentally and physically active by hiking, taking photographs, traveling and playing board games with her family. After growing up in the Midwest, she enjoys being close to the water.
