Blood disorder diagnosis and treatment
If you are referred to a hematologist to evaluate an abnormality found in your blood work this doesn’t mean you have cancer. Our providers bring specialized expertise to diagnose, manage and treat blood conditions. Many bleeding and blood clotting disorders as well as some autoimmune conditions are not cancerous.
There are some blood conditions that are malignant, meaning they are cancerous. Our hematologists are specially trained to diagnose and treat these conditions.
