SALARY

Current base salary for PGY 1 is $67,697 per year

PAID TIME OFF

  • Paid time off (PTO) plans are used for holidays and personal time off. Each program year the resident receives 20 days (160 hours) of PTO with 5 used during the December holiday schedule
  • Sick Time for Resident’s own illness = 10 days (80 hours) each program year
  • Resident Paid Leave for approved medical, parental, and caregiver leave(s) of absence= up to six (6) weeks (or 240 hours), available to use on a continuous or intermittent basis, at any time during Resident’s participation in a Program
